The classic Oxford textile process forms a 0.1cm checkered structure through double warp and double weft interweaving, giving the fabric excellent tear resistance and abrasion resistance. 1. Strong tear resistance
The fabric adopts a 0.1cm checkered combination process, with a warp and weft density of 200T (warp) × 150T (weft), forming a dense support network. According to laboratory tests, its tear strength can reach 1500N/5cm (ASTM D2261 standard), far exceeding ordinary nylon fabrics (about 800N/5cm), and can effectively resist scratches from sharp objects and frequent use and wear.

2. Lightweight design
The fabric weighs only 195gsm (weight per square meter), which is 40% lighter than traditional cotton canvas, while maintaining a width of 150cm, making it easy to cut and sew. 1. Daily cleaning

2. Deep maintenance
Perform comprehensive maintenance once a quarter:
Restore waterproof performance: Spray a special waterproof agent (such as Nikwax TX.Direct) and evenly cover the surface of the fabric. Let it stand for 10 minutes and then wipe it with a dry cloth;
Sterilization: Place the fabric in a ventilated place to dry for 2 hours, or use an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (wavelength 254nm) for 30 minutes to avoid mold growth.

3. Storage precautions
When storing for a long time, the fabric needs to be rolled into a tube (diameter ≥30cm) to avoid folding and causing the checkered pattern to deform.
